Description Amazon is seeking a passionate and motivated Data Manager to join the Enterprise Data Governance & Standards (EDG&S) team within Compliance & Data Integrity (CDI), transforming Global Operations Support Services (GOSS) from reactive data reconciliation to proactive data governance. In this role you will own a critical entity domain (Sites, Suppliers, Assets, Employees, or Contracts) and be accountable for defining what good data looks like, establishing validation standards, and ensuring data across the real estate lifecycle is governed, AI-ready, and trusted.
You will define golden attributes and source-of-truth designations, author validation rule specifications, accept/reject Tech implementations against spec compliance, and run structured feedback loops with stakeholders to continuously refine standards. This role requires a combination of domain expertise, stakeholder management, and accountability to drive measurable data quality improvements that enable leadership to make critical decisions grounded in reliable, complete, and verified data.
The role will include occasional travel up to 20%.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
