Service Now (SNOW)
As Google Workspace Admin the main responsibility is to fix the GWS issues for end users through Service Now (SNOW). Exp level : 6-8 years. Ticket Management: Monitor, update, and resolve user issues in ServiceNow. Gmail: Troubleshoot missing emails & Non delivered mails, manage shared mailboxes, and fix spam/security alerts. Drive & Editors: Fix file access issues, manage Shared Drives, transfer file ownerships who owned by former employees and recover deleted files. Calendar: Resolve missing events, delete events which owned by former employees, sharing issue etc.,. Chrome: Help users fix browser crashes, sync errors, and extension issues. Sites: Manage who can view or edit sites, transfer ownership of sites. Others: Participating in daily internal team calls to review tasks, discuss challenges, and share updates in weekly meetings with Service Owners to discuss key issues also Connect with users to troubleshoot and guide users on how to use, edit, manage and configure the things related to Google Workspace through Google Meet.
