Intuit is looking for a Director of Biz Ops & Strategy to serve as a critical strategic and operational partner for our Services business unit, serving as a key member of the Services leadership team. You will be accountable for driving key in-year growth initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, defining our 3-year growth strategy, and perfecting and running the business operating system. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" leader—someone who can look around corners to shape a 3-year vision, while rolling up their sleeves to drive the monthly operating rhythm and unlock execution velocity today.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $257,000.00 - $347,500.00
