Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Design solution strategies in response to market and competitors behavior.
2 Understand customer needs and make presentations / demonstrations to generate leads, qualify prospects and support overall sales.
3 Collaborate with the various teams, viz., sales, product development team, infrastructure & compliance team, etc. to develop sustainable and commercially viable offerings.
4 Liaise with the relevant team to participate in demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
5 Build lasting relationships with customers.
6 Prepare presentations for customers and respond to tenders.
7 Train other Pre-Sales consultants from time to time.
8 Strategize process improvements and deployment.
9 Asset creation and thought leadership innovations.
10 Governance and reporting.
11 Must be flexible in working hours to meet the proposal deadlines.
