Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large datasets to extract insights, build dashboards, and support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, ensure data accuracy, and drive impactful, data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decisions
• Automate recurring reporting and data workflows
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data availability and structure
• Document data definitions, logic, and processes for transparency and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, data manipulation, scripting)
• Experience with at least one visualization tool: Tableau / Power BI / Looker / similar
• Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (e.g., data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics or SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, retention, etc.)
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data engineering concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
