The greatest support you can offer a student who earned 95% is to insist they haven't finished. If that instinct feels wrong to you, this role isn't for you. If it resonates, you already understand our approach.
Alpha students don't attend traditional lectures. They progress through academics using AI-powered adaptive software at their individual pace, frequently completing an entire grade level within weeks. Your responsibility is everything the software cannot provide: guiding students through setbacks, teaching them to deliver feedback, maintaining standards they didn't realize they could achieve, and ensuring they're excited to return each day. You'll facilitate practical life skills workshops covering public speaking, concentration, and time management, followed by motivation sessions designed to earn authentic commitment rather than simple compliance.
This role doesn't resemble a conventional classroom. You'll support a small K-12 cohort who know you personally. You'll monitor their development using Coachbot analytics, identify when someone encounters obstacles, and teach them problem-solving strategies. When every student in your cohort meets their weekly targets and 90% provide strong ratings on feedback surveys, you'll recognize the model's effectiveness because you drove those outcomes.
Guides who excel with their cohorts advance to Lead Guide positions — mentoring fellow Guides and influencing how an entire campus fulfills Alpha's mission. As Alpha expands to new locations, the individuals establishing excellence standards today become those who replicate success at scale tomorrow. If you've never explored education careers but believe you could fundamentally alter a young person's path, this opportunity converts that conviction into your profession. Submit your application today.
