This position is designed for operators capable of designing and redesigning scalable systems from the ground up.
Operational excellence at Trilogy is not a secondary priority—it is a competitive differentiator. We move quickly to acquire software companies and scale them with even greater speed. This requires executives who can architect lean, automated infrastructures rather than compensating for complexity by expanding headcount.
You will take ownership of comprehensive transformations spanning our international portfolio. This may involve restructuring the offboarding process for over 1,200 employees following acquisitions, substituting traditional platforms like Jira and Salesforce with AI-driven agents, or creating automations that remove thousands of hours of manual effort. Execution will be rapid, leveraging Python, LLM APIs, and tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP—supported by a library of validated playbooks that enable you to concentrate on measurable results.
Trilogy manages a portfolio exceeding 100 products with uncompromising efficiency. We function with reduced hierarchy, accelerated timelines, and elevated performance standards compared to conventional enterprise settings. This represents an opportunity to generate substantial impact without navigating bureaucratic obstacles or overseeing inflated organizational structures.
Steady-state operations are not part of our model. We do not delegate transformation externally. And we do not recruit individuals who require authorization or extensive teams to produce results. We seek a limited number of deeply technical, execution-oriented leaders who employ automation as force multiplication and velocity as competitive strategy. If this describes you—this environment will suit you well.
