The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations team is seeking an experienced, strategic professional to support the Business Marketing Group (BMG). This person will manage complex strategy projects and drive operational programs and rhythms of business for executive leaders. We are looking for a leader who excels at taking on complex, cross-functional initiatives, drives efficiency, and champions the integration of AI to transform processes and business impact. Success in this role requires a commitment to respectful collaboration and valuing a broad range of perspectives.The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations team unlocks collective, sustainable impact by shaping marketing strategy and plans, spearheading operations and continuous improvement, and evolving the Marketing organization. This highly cross-functional role demands analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage a broad set of stakeholders.
