We have an opportunity to bring on a Recruiter to our growing and passionate Talent Acquisition team. As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with our clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes our amazing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things recruiting including developing and driving the talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and closing candidates.
