The Opportunity This highly visible and strategically critical role sits within the Enterprise Marketing organization and serves as a Chief of Staff supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Adobe’s Enterprise business. Operating as an extension of the CMO, you will drive clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across the global marketing ecosystem—spanning the CMO’s leadership team, corporate marketing (GMO), Field Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success & Services teams, Finance, Procurement and Executive Communications.
As Senior Director, you will shape and orchestrate the executive business rhythm, ensuring that the CMO’s priorities translate into clear, coordinated execution across senior leaders and cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for aligning strategy, driving key transformation initiatives, and elevating leadership performance and communication across a complex, rapidly evolving environment.
This role requires a senior-level operator who excels in both strategic foresight and executional rigor , has exceptional executive communication skills, and possesses the confidence, judgment, and cross-functional influence to partner directly with senior VPs, global leaders, and extended CMO staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical, relationship-oriented leader who can simplify complexity, anticipate needs, and drive impact at scale.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $177,300 -- $377,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $242,700 - $377,400 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $227,400 - $353,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
