Customer Relationship - Team Lead!
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Executives to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales queries related to property bookings, documentation, and payments .
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention .
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Train and mentor the team to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports on customer feedback and escalations.
