Reaching the top of your sport—whether as an Olympian, World Champion, or D1 First Team All-American—required discipline and sacrifice. The question now is whether you can convert those lessons into practical coaching methods that push students to excel.
Texas Sports Academy is where your competitive background becomes the engine for developing future leaders. This isn't a role where you watch from the sidelines. You'll be actively coaching, challenging students daily to exceed their own expectations, and applying elite athletic standards in every interaction. Rather than simply recounting your achievements, you'll convert competitive discipline into real motivation frameworks, deliver resilience training through interactive workshops, and lead demanding practices where championship expectations are non-negotiable.
Austin provides consistent outdoor training opportunities, a robust sports ecosystem, and a purpose-centered environment where your elite background directly fuels the development of tomorrow's leaders.
