The Private Credit business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management is one of the world’s largest private credit investing platforms with approximately $145bn of AUM and investment professionals based in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. The Private Credit business originates investments across senior secured loans, mezzanine/unsecured debt, preferred equity and opportunistic credit and invests both the firm’s capital and capital raised from outside investors across a wide range of industries.
Direct Lending Americas (“DLAM”) Associate Role - NYC The Direct Lending Americas (“DLAM”) team originates, executes and manages credit investments across the Firm’s senior loan and mezzanine strategies in the Americas. DLAM focuses primarily on sponsor-backed transactions for middle market to large cap companies across a wide range of industries. DLAM’s scale allows us to play a leadership role in transactions, either as the sole or largest lender in a capital structure. This facilitates organic relationship development with sponsors and management teams.
Associates work as part of small deal teams responsible for identifying, diligencing, structuring, executing and monitoring investments, and are involved in a wide variety of high profile transactions across the capital structure in a variety of industries.
