Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager – FOS, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential employers, meeting decision-makers in person, and converting them into paying employers. You will own your individual sales targets, drive revenue through fresh employer acquisition, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employers. This role requires consistent field visits, strong follow-ups, and disciplined reporting of your sales pipeline and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Identify, Visit and onboard small and medium businesses (SMEs).
● Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals and local market mapping.
● Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners/HR Managers to understand their hiring needs.
● Pitch WorkIndia’s hiring solutions (Job postings, subscription plans, recruitment support).
● Explain product features, Pricing and Value proposition clearly to employers.
● Close deals, achieve sales and revenue targets.
● Maintain and update daily activity reports, employer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
● Build long term relationships with employers to drive repeat business and renewals. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Key Skills:
● 0-1 years of experience into Field Sales
● Should have completed 12th/Graduation
● Strong understanding of the Indian B2B market and business landscape.
● Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
● Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. ● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday)
