This position is designed for individuals who excel at engaging young people and work best in dynamic, active settings. At Unbound Academy's entirely virtual, tuition-free charter school, students advance rapidly through core academics using AI-powered tools, then engage in live, interactive workshops centered on life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Your responsibility is to ensure these experiences flow seamlessly and feel meaningful for every student.
You'll serve as the backbone of the daily experience. You'll facilitate transitions, guide small groups, maintain high energy, and provide support when a student needs reassurance or direction. You won't deliver academic content—but the model depends on you to make it work.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
