Talent and HR Associate

Responsibilities We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-oriented Talent and HR Associate to join Bernstein. You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and our Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role combining HR Operations, Recruiting, and Talent, working directly with the business.

The Role

• In this client-facing role you will develop relationships across the business and become a point person to handle a wide range of HR and Talent inquires
• Own full-cycle recruiting for support functions e.g. legal, compliance, technology, operations – approximately 10 requisitions a year
• Facilitate the offer process, new hire onboarding and employee offboarding
• Provide support for Immigration e.g. job descriptions, partnering on the Green Card process (posting roles and reviewing resumes)
• Project manage talent initiatives including promotions, culture programming, and communications
• Manage the HR reporting process for the business including coordination and facilitation of data across key stakeholders
• Additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Basic Qualifications Profile required

• Demonstrated experience in HR operations or facilitating HR processes
• Familiarity with a variety of HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, onboarding programs
• Background in recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring mangers
• Strong attention to detail and experience appropriately handing confidential information

• 2+ years of HR or Talent experience
