2 Hour Learning is expanding a new K-12 model driven by AI-powered personalized learning. As campuses open on a consistent schedule, the line between "prepared" and "unprepared" often comes down to operational fundamentals: devices that are ordered, provisioned, and enrolled; SaaS licenses that are active and correctly assigned; communication tools that are configured and verified.
This role places you in charge of device procurement spanning Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; MDM (mobile device management) administration and provisioning processes; SaaS account and renewal management across 14+ platforms; and campus technology onboarding execution (covering Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will capture what succeeds, refine the standard operating procedures, and apply AI tools to automate recurring tasks.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
