The Corporate Operations Director will work closely with the Customer Experience SaaS Adoption Leader to coordinate and manage the overall Customer Adoption Journey corporate priority, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across teams. This role is ideal for someone with program management skills and a collaborative mindset. This role bridges high-level vision and operational execution by translating program objectives into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined follow-through. Deep expertise in SaaS environments and customer engagement, professional services, or product management practices is essential. Success in this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity and a fast pace of change, maintaining focus and structure while adapting to evolving business needs. This role is expected to challenge constructively, surface misalignment early, and drive follow‑through across teams, even when ownership or decisions are unclear.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
* Align stakeholders on Customer Adoption Journey vision, priorities, outcomes, and success criteria.
* Plan, organize, and track cross-functional workstreams end-to-end, maintaining clear ownership, decisions, and next steps.
* Create and maintain leadership-ready program artifacts (roadmaps, documentation, and key communications) to support execution.
* Drive operating rhythm and governance (meetings, workshops, trainings), ensuring actions and deadlines are documented and closed.
* Monitor commitments and momentum; hold teams accountable, surface slippage early, and escalate with options and recommendations.
* Develop dashboards and executive reporting; codify and communicate adoption KPIs, outcomes, and success stories.
* Use quantitative and qualitative insights to challenge assumptions, identify what isn’t working, and refocus on outcomes.
* Continuously improve governance and execution practices; manage risks, dependencies, and cross-priority trade-offs through tight coordination.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS or enterprise environments, with a focus on customer engagement and solution adoption.
* Executive communication and influence skills; comfortable challenging and aligning senior stakeholders without direct authority.
* Experience driving execution and maintain momentum across multiple priorities, while holding teams accountable, and escalate appropriately when progress, ownership, or decisions stall.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast pace of change through structured, pragmatic problem-solving and adaptability.
* Understanding of enterprise SaaS business models, customer value drivers, and cross-functional operating dynamics.
* Experience in program management and change management methodologies and tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Suite, etc.).
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future;
* Willingness to travel <25%
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting customer-facing or adoption-focused initiatives in complex, enterprise SaaS environments.
* Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives.
* Familiarity with customer success methodologies, user adoption strategies, and SaaS operating models.
* Experience with analytics or enterprise software environments.
* Familiarity with Infor’s operating model.
Location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid - in office 3 days/week)
We anticipate paying between $170,000-200,000 per year. You may also be offered discretionary variable compensation. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
