Agent, a venture studio with a global distributed team, is hiring a Full Stack Engineer focused on AI-Driven Development. The company rebuilds development workflow using "Agentic-First" methodologies with Claude Code, Replit, and Cursor for 10x productivity.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Configure "skills" for Claude/Gemini to automate content & marketing
- Develop React-based apps with integrated AI agents in JS/TS stack
- Build automated content systems for Substack, blogs, email

- Manage Postgres (Neon/AWS) and AWS/EC2 deployments
- Implement voice AI solutions
- Establish AI-driven coding standards
🔑 Requirements:
- 4+ years Full Stack exp (Must-Have)
- Strong JS, Node.js, TS, React (Must-Have)
- GitHub expert (Must-Have)
- Postgres + Linux/Bash + AWS (Must-Have)
- Claude Code, Replit/Cursor experience (Must-Have)
- Audit AI code + N8N/Zapier (Must-Have)
- Independent remote mindset (Must-Have)
