Work You'll Do As a Security Engineering Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced architectures, infrastructure around agentic AI solutions that operate seamlessly across cloud-agnostic infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments. Leveraging deep expertise in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and modern platform engineering, you will architect autonomous, intelligent systems capable of sensing, reasoning, and acting independently to solve complex business challenges. You will drive end-to-end machine learning model development, implement automation and self-healing workflows, and integrate agentic capabilities with enterprise security, compliance, and application teams. This role requires proficiency in languages such as Python or Javascript, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and fluency in containerization, orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure resilient, secure, and reliable solutions while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the advancement of agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and best practices. Your work will be instrumental in enabling organizations to modernize digital operations, accelerate decision-making, and maintain adaptability within an ever-evolving technology landscape.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
