Your Role And Responsibilities As a UX Designer, you are an emerging design professional eager to apply foundational skills and learn from experienced mentors. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to support projects and deliver value to clients. You will assist in creating and refining deliverables, contribute to workshops, and support user research. Collaborate with peers to translate insights into tangible design outcomes under guidance from senior team members. Formal design education & portfolio is mandatory.

Preferred Education Master's Degree

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to collaborate and provide user-centric design solutions and prototypes.
• Research led design abilities. Must be able to work on both 1st party and 2nd party research.
• Foundational understanding of design tools and methods, openness to feedback, and ability to work in a team environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in design (mandatory) or higher from an accredited university (BDes, MDes) in a related field preferred.
