As a Principal Associate - Omni Demand Lead, with 3.0-7.0 years of experience, you will play a key role in overseeing and leading the omni demand strategy and operations within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and executing strategies to drive demand generation across multiple channels, ensuring seamless and cohesive customer experiences.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the design and implementation of omni-channel demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product management, and supply chain teams to align demand generation initiatives with overall business goals.
- Market & Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize demand generation programs.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure, track, and continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for demand generation activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in omni-channel marketing and demand generation, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to demand generation specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Revenue Planning: Own deliverables related to revenue planning, ensuring demand generation strategies directly contribute to business growth.
Preferred Skills & Background
- Experience: 3–7 years in demand generation, omni-channel marketing, category management, or related fields, ideally within fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams, driving accountability, and fostering innovation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with omni-channel commerce, customer journey mapping, and demand planning processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with analytics tools, CRM systems, and demand generation platforms.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
