Job Role: Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience required: 5+years

Job Requirement:

• Law postgraduate with experience in providing legal advice in regulatory matters.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Submission of all education and employment documents is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Skill Requirement:

• Relevant years of experience as a law practitioner or in reputed companies or companies in financial services/ insurance sector/ Big four consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of financial service regulations to Monitor, assess, and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to BFSI services – Primary domains Mortgages, Insurance and Debt Collections across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, APAC preferred)
• Experience in regulatory audits, compliance risk assessments, and legal research with a fair knowledge to ensure compliance with licensing, registration, and reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret laws and regulations, with excellent attention to detail.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise the business on their impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including interactions with external counsel to discuss regulatory obligations.
• Prior experience in working with regulators, external auditors, or legal teams is a plus.
• Review of MSAs and SoWs from a regulatory compliance perspective.
