Job Description Summary GE HealthCare is seeking a senior internal communications leader to support communications related to labor and colleague relations across the organization. This role partners closely with the Labor Relations and HR teams to plan and deliver thoughtful, proactive communications that help leaders and colleagues understand relevant processes, updates, and resources. The role requires comfort operating in environments where labor considerations, employee sentiment, and business continuity intersect.
Reporting to the Head of Colleague Communications, this role will focus primarily on supporting labor and colleague relations communications, including proactive communications planning, message development, and ongoing communications support in collaboration with cross-functional partners. The role will help ensure communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with company values, and policies.
While the primary focus of this role is supporting labor and colleague relations communications, the position will also contribute to broader communications initiatives and special projects across the Colleague Communications team.
This position requires a communicator who brings strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive topics with clarity and care. The ideal candidate has experience supporting communications related to labor relations, employee relations, or complex workforce issues, including work in union-represented environments, supporting a Positive People Relations philosophy, and is comfortable partnering with HR, Legal, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
