What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying trends in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these discoveries into innovative methodologies that transform English language instruction and literary comprehension.
• Developing AI-enhanced tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, rendering grammar intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis approachable for students across proficiency levels.
• Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust in real-time, leading students from foundational phonics through complex text interpretation, ensuring each individual advances at the most effective rate.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to advance the field of language education, directly shaping the academic trajectory of thousands of learners.

• Concentrating exclusively on theoretical frameworks—each AI model you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language skills in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Produce quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency development across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all achieved within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
