Key Responsibilities
Campus Hiring & Early Career Learning
Own the
end-to-end learning journey for campus hires
, from onboarding through role readiness and early career development.
Design and manage structured programs such as
induction, functional training, soft skills, and leadership foundations
for early talent.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure smooth transition of campus hires into productive roles.
Track effectiveness of campus programs using data, feedback, and performance indicators.
Business Learning Partnership
Act as a
learning partner to assigned business units
, understanding their capability gaps and translating them into learning solutions.
Consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to define
learning priorities aligned to business strategy
.
Design, curate, or deploy learning interventions including classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning programs.
Support workforce upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
Learning Program Design & Delivery
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design high-quality learning programs using adult learning principles.
Continuously improve learning offerings based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving business needs.
Ensure learning content is relevant, engaging, and scalable across audiences.
Operations, Data & Reporting
Manage multiple learning requests simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Analyze learning data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
Create executive-ready updates highlighting insights and recommendations.
Build visually compelling presentations (Google Slides / PPT) for leadership reviews and learning sessions.
Support learning operations including calendars, vendor coordination, and LMS utilization.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between HR, business teams, vendors, and facilitators to ensure seamless program delivery.
Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse groups.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
8–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
Proven experience managing
campus / early career learning programs
.
Strong exposure to
business-aligned learning interventions
and stakeholder consulting.
High proficiency in
Google Slides / PowerPoint
, Google Sheets / Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working as a
Learning Business Partner
or equivalent role.
Hands-on experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
.
Certification in training, facilitation.
Strong understanding of learning principles and design methodologies.
