Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Accountability
Own assigned accounts end-to-end and manage the full sales cycle.
Build, manage, and convert a strong opportunity pipeline.
Deliver against defined revenue and order intake targets.
Maintain forecasting accuracy with strong sales hygiene.
Digital-First Selling
Run structured virtual customer engagements.
Use CRM, sales intelligence tools, and analytics to identify buying signals.
Conduct structured qualification conversations (budget, authority, need, timeline).
Close business through disciplined follow-ups and value articulation.
Strategic Account Penetration
Identify decision-makers and influencers within SME and mid-sized accounts.
Develop account penetration strategies to increase share of wallet.
Build long-term customer relationships beyond single transactions.
Value-Based Conversations
Sell outcomes, productivity, and efficiency—not just products.
