About The Role This isn’t a typical Company Secretary role.
You will serve as the governance backbone of CoinDCX’s global entity structure , ensuring statutory compliance, board governance, and regulatory discipline across India, Dubai, Mauritius, Jordan, and any future jurisdictions.
This role exists to build and safeguard the company’s governance architecture as we scale globally in a highly regulated industry. You will act as the custodian of global compliance standards across Finance, HR, Compliance, and Legal functions, ensuring our governance framework is robust, audit-ready, and aligned with potential future listing requirements.
You will work closely with the CFO, Legal, Compliance, Board members, and external advisors to drive best-in-class governance standards across all entities.
