Texas Sports Academy operates an accelerated academic program in combination with elite athletic training. Student-athletes attend class, train on the field, and work out in the gym every weekday — all moments worth documenting. Your responsibility is to be there, identify the opportunity, capture it, edit the footage, and publish. No studio production. No approval process. No creative strategy document. Four to five hours on-site each weekday, then your day is complete.
We are hiring four individuals — one for each of our campuses in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. You will be responsible for all social content at your assigned campus from the start, with follower growth and engagement serving as the primary metrics for your performance. This is a part-time position: 20–25 hours weekly at $30/hr, conducted on-site during weekdays. The work you produce is visible, traceable, and entirely your own.

Working with us This is a part-time (25 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $37,500 USD/year assuming 25 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
