What success looks like in this role:
Serve as a Senior Client Solution Architect responsible for the architecture, security design, technical enablement, and enterprise integration of the Service Experience Accelerator (SEA) platform into complex enterprise customer environments. Represent the customer’s technology integration and deployment requirements to the solution engineering team while also providing guidance customers on how to utilize SEA capabilities. Provide advanced architectural leadership, cloud-native design expertise, and security governance support across multi-industry enterprise implementations leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies.

Detailed Job Duties
- Technical Workshops & Platform Architecture Evangelization
- Lead advanced technical workshops and architecture deep-dive sessions for enterprise customers, presenting the end-to-end architecture of the SEA platform including chatbot framework, AI-driven knowledge curation engine, workflow automation components, and backend microservices.
- Explain and defend architectural design principles, identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, Azure AD), and secure API integration models.
- Demonstrate how SEA components leverage Microsoft Azure cloud-native services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, storage services, and API Management.
- Provide domain-specific architectural guidance for enterprise IT Service Desk, Field Services, Restaurant operations, and Human Resources automation solutions.
- Translate complex distributed system architecture into business-aligned technical strategy for executive and engineering stakeholders.
- Client Environment Assessment & Customized Solution Architecture
- Conduct comprehensive architectural assessments of customer environments, including infrastructure topology, security governance models, regulatory constraints, data residency requirements, and application ecosystems.
- Analyze customer application architectures (cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises) to determine secure integration strategies.
- Architect tailored SEA platform deployments aligned with enterprise operational requirements, security policies, compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR principles), and performance objectives.
- Define integration patterns including RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, secure token exchange, encrypted data transmission, and identity federation.
- Design high-availability and scalable architectures with resiliency, failover mechanisms, disaster recovery strategy, and performance optimization.
- Produce architecture diagrams, deployment models, and technical validation documentation for executive approval and engineering implementation.
- Security Reviews, Governance & Architecture Documentation
- Lead security architecture reviews in collaboration with customer Security and Compliance teams.
- Define security controls including:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Zero-Trust Architecture principles
- Secure secrets management
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Threat modeling and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDDs), including architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and risk assessment documentation.
- Present mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities and provide architectural recommendations aligned with Microsoft secure-by-design standards.
- Support enterprise ITSM integrations including ServiceNow, Freshworks, and other SaaS platforms using secure API-based connectivity.
- Architect workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA frameworks for enterprise-grade process orchestration.
- Product Architecture & Platform Engineering Governance
- Define and evolve the overall SEA product architecture to ensure scalability, modularity, security, and maintainability across multi-tenant enterprise deployments.
- Architect AI-enabled chatbot and knowledge curation components leveraging Azure OpenAI services within secure enterprise boundaries.
- Establish cloud-native microservices architecture patterns and containerized deployment strategies where applicable.
- Provide architectural review and technical governance for product development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and enterprise-grade standards.
- Define performance benchmarks, system observability standards, and monitoring frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging Azure services and AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve product capabilities and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automated compliance validation processes.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge (specifically familiarity with designing and deploying enterprise solutions with Azure)
- Application design models for SaaS, hybrid cloud and hybrid on-prem solutions
- Technical pre-sales experience with relationship management for c-suite executives
- Implementation, deployment and troubleshooting experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience with developing feature and technical product requirements
- Solution design and architecture experience with enterprise applications
