The Team
Our Legal & Compliance team supports organizations in navigating complex regulatory landscapes through advisory, outsourcing, and technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven compliance insights.
Work you’ll do
As a Manager, you will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic / India Laws & Compliance:
- Lead regulatory research and advise clients (including Aviation sector) on applicable laws and compliance requirements.
- Oversee development and review of compliance manuals aligned with business operations.
- Provide strategic interpretation of legal provisions with a practical, risk-based approach.
- Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory frameworks across industries.
Global Laws & Compliance:
- Track and analyze global legislative developments and assess business impact.
- Drive client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of compliance obligation registers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across processes.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead legal research initiatives, audit reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Summarize and present key legislative updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- LLB (mandatory); additional global law qualification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, or regulatory advisory roles
- Strong analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
