Summary Position Summary HRServices-Onboarding-Analyst-DeloitteSupportServicesIndiaPrivate Limited Join our team of dedicated HR professionals in USI who support the UK HR Services Administration team. The USI based HR Services comprises teams supporting Onboarding, Leavers, Transactions and Helpdesk. The Analyst role will supportthe HR Services for the UK geography of the North & South Europe (NSE) Firm. The primary functionoftheroleistodelivercustomer-centricadministrationandtransactionalservices,ensuringthatservicelevel agreements are met, and the work output is of a high quality. The successful candidate will be supporting one of the HR Services Administration teams for Onboarding, Leavers, or Transactions.
Workyou’ll do Asapartofthisteam,youwillbeinvolvedwiththe following:
Onboardingteam–involvingContractrelease;SAPHire –Experiencedhires,ManagedContractorsHires, EDC Hires , DIJV Hires , Overseas Hires; Current Employee Screening, etc. extensions, separation, Conversions and invoice payment processes .
Work Location: Hyderabad ShiftTimings:2PMto11PM The team TheUSIteamatHyderabadsupportstheDeloitteorganizationintheUKwithawidevarietyofcapabilitieslike financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
