We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our global Travel and Expense and Finance Program Management Executives at Netflix in Los Gatos, CA based in office on a hybrid schedule. The Travel and Expense team is globally distributed and supports corporate, production & publicity travel as well as associated corporate card and expense programs. The Finance Program Management Office drives the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives for Finance.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They will need to have a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times as well as an interest and enjoyment in planning team activities and events. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $43.27 - $81.73.
