It specializes in auditing UK subsidiaries of groups audited by Deloitte (mainly Deloitte France). Today, the London office is enjoying strong growth and has more than 150 professionals.
Our current HR and Office Manager is about to retire so in this context, we are looking for someone to take over her role.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR and Office Manager to lead HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, while also managing the day-to-day operational running of our London office. This is a hands-on role covering payroll, pensions, benefits, Onboarding, HR administration, visas, compliance and Office Management. You will work closely with the Partners, Finance team, the HR Business Partner and the HR team to maintain accurate processes, ensure legal UK compliance, compliance with Deloitte France rules and support business continuity.

Et si c’était vous ? This role includes the management of the HR team and Reception (monitoring, appraisals…).
We are looking for an experienced professional (+10 years of experience) with proven experience in Payroll, Office Management and/or HR. Knowledge of UK employment law and UK payroll administration is a real plus. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, ability to multitask and handle deadlines. Fluency in French is a must .
