As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closure. Daily activities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining accurate pipeline. Collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Call and connect with candidates, assess their suitability for various roles, and pitch Intervue’s opportunities effectively.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure panel availability, and provide timely reminders.
Maintain engagement with candidates, share updates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Work with hiring managers and multiple departments (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to understand requirements and prioritize hiring needs.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports in Excel/Google Sheets with complete accuracy. Support job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting.
Suggest and implement ideas to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing quality, and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
MS Excel / Google Sheets
(formulas, formatting, reporting).
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months (extension based on performance)
Timings: 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday
Stipend: 12k/- per month
