A typical morning may begin with individual Guide coaching, where you review Coachbot data and pinpoint cohort performance gaps. By midday you're facilitating student workshops, executing playbook exercises on feedback exchange. Afternoon hours center on motivational interventions: engaging individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha's reward infrastructure (campus currency, performance rankings) to re-engage a disengaged seventh grader. You maintain direct cohort ownership, ensuring you remain proficient in the capabilities you're coaching others to master.
You'll be measured on three deliverables: students are engaged and satisfied, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical competencies. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
