Job Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida

Experience Range: 2 to 4 years

Educational Qualification(s) Required: Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.

Technical/Domain Skills:

• Provide copyediting and proofreading support for clinical documents including but not limited to manuscripts, posters, oral presentations (slide decks), abstracts, scientific content across therapeutic in terms of grammar, language, compliance with regulatory/publication/ marketing requirements, templates, and style guides.
• Develop and follow checklist to ensure consistent use of langauge and terminologies as per client requirement and maintain compliance with client provided template and stylistic guidelines (as applicable).
• Ensure consistency and quality across all documents across channels.
• Ensure deliverables are completed as per the agreed timelines and meet required quality standards.
• Contribute towards culture of innovation, process improvement, and sharing best practices in the Medical and Scientific Writing domain across projects to increase efficiency, as measured by saving time, cost, and delivery of high-quality documents.
• Provide inputs for the development of copyediting and proofreading capabilities within and across teams.
• Support the development of SOPs and templates for copyediting and proofreading.
• Identify gaps in existing process and streamline the same to achieve better quality and reduce the turn-around-time.
• Strengthening and nurturing partnership with sponsors’ key points of contacts with quality work.
• Identify training needs and attend domain-specific trainings.
• Conduct knowledge sharing session for copyeditors for sharing best practices.
