About The Role As a member of the GreyOrange’s CRO Team, the Director of Solutions Engineering leads a team of customer-facing technical experts responsible for aligning product capabilities with customer business outcomes throughout the pre-sales lifecycle and may participate in ensuring that post Go Live deliverables match original expectations. This leader partners closely with Sales, Product, Partner Management and Delivery Success to drive technical strategy, accelerate complex deals, and ensure scalable, repeatable solution delivery.
The role balances technical leadership, commercial awareness and operational excellence, helping the organization win strategic opportunities while protecting long-term customer success.
You will own defining GreyOrange’s solution design and execution strategies for controlling software and automation operations in warehouses. The successful candidate will be able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects. S/he will ideally have both a strong background in the Supply Chain and Warehousing domain and Robotics/Automation, combined with strong business acumen, allowing the candidate to provide deep analysis on new technologies and architectures while simultaneously judging the market potential of those emerging products and solutions. The ability to work cross functionally with other functions in the organization like product management, automation engineering and operations is critical. Candidates should have a proven track record defining complex and cross-functional products with solution strategies.
