In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, warmth, and high standards. Your work will include managing day-to-day communications, organizing impactful admissions events, and keeping applicant records precise to support sound decision-making.
If you excel in mission-focused, fast-moving settings—where responsiveness, organization, and accuracy have a direct effect on family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid opportunity combines remote flexibility with consistent in-person participation at admissions events.
What You Will Be Doing Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considerate, and professional communication to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions systems, records, and follow-up activities remain current and precise

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
