About The Role We are seeking a Manager, Program Management - Design to join the team responsible for program and operational management for the Brand Creative Studio’s Global Brand Design team.
The primary focus of this role is to build, run, and continuously improve the systems that allow core design programs to move from strategy to execution across a complex set of stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. This includes annual campaign priorities, large global programs, and reactive design initiatives delivered by a multidisciplinary team of designers. This role is responsible for the operational integrity of core design programs. You will bring structure to ambiguity, drive clarity on scope and sequencing, create reliable planning and tracking mechanisms, and ensure that the right work is being prioritized, staffed, reviewed, and delivered. You will partner closely with design leadership, brand management, creative studio production, and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product design, comms, events, and other business verticals. You will also help establish the working rhythms, engagement models, and collaboration standards that enable designers to focus on craft while still delivering at Netflix speed. What We Are Looking For
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $220,000.00 - $352,000.00.
