Job Description: Senior Executive - Ethics & Integrity [Grade 4]

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Senior Executive - Ethics & Integrity is to provide oversight in line with company policies and report directly to the Ethics and Integrity [E&I] Team at Swiggy. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and active involvement in Investigations for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Investigation
Timely updation and completion of regional level investigations [including conducting interviews] and submission of reports to E&I. Investigations [for on-roll employees] will include regional level theft or fraud.
Perform and manage investigations [for on-roll employees] into theft, fraud and other incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Review the loss matrices as per investigations conducted and prepare a root cause/action plan along with the Key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations of on-roll employees
Liaise / assist in interactions with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Reviewing the on-roll IR investigation report and monitoring the closure of action items.
Dipstick Audits
Conducting periodic audits and suggesting changes to control posture where required
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] through periodic on-ground audits.
Monitor operations to detect and prevent potential breaches.
Review the dipstick audit and prepare a root cause/action plan along with the Key stakeholders.
Process Improvement
Effectively partner with Ops and cross-functional teams to evaluate business processes around inventory protection
Follow-up and completion of preventive actions with regards to concern areas
Surveillance and Monitoring
Conduct regular visits to warehouses and PODs to ensure protocols and guidelines are followed.
Investigate [for on-roll employees] and report breaches, thefts and other incidents promptly.
Qualifications And Experience
Required Qualifications
Graduation with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Investigations and Inventory Management
University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification
Minimum of 3 years in law enforcement or related professions
Experience in managing or coordinating investigations and audits
Effective communication skills
Proficient in English and a local language based on the Job location
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualification
A certification in the relevant domain would be preferred.
