Product Designer – Shape the Future of Life Sciences Technology Location: East Norriton, PA; Princeton, NJ; NYC, NY; Waltham, MA (Hybrid/Remote Also Available)
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Designer to join our Product Strategy group within the Digital and AI Solutions team. As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of creating intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful digital experiences for pharmaceutical and biotech clients with the possibility to expand the product design function down the road.
Trinity’s Product Strategy group is focused on creating transformative products that address our life sciences clients’ most challenging problems in the commercialization of novel therapeutics. You’ll turn complex data into elegant solutions that enable users to view and interact with data to drive smarter decisions in healthcare.
We work side-by-side with business leaders, engineers, and product managers to build and optimize technology products for the biopharmaceutical and medical device space.
This Product Designer will focus on working cross-functionally to support multiple product development initiatives that have been prioritized due to their potential to positively impact our business and advance Trinity’s mission. This individual will work closely with product managers as they help shape and build scalable software solutions to identify how to leverage AI to make our products more accessible to both internal and external users.
Position Responsibilities We’re looking for a self-motivated problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is a curious learner who embraces challenges beyond their comfort zone and consistently seeks opportunities for innovation and improvement. Work collaboratively and iteratively with product management, business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $145,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
