TheEMEARegionalDeliveryModel(RDM)forGlobalEmployerServices(GES) The EMEA Regional Delivery Model (RDM) is being set up in line with our 2020 strategy to establishDeloitte as the undisputed market leader in GES (a subset of Tax). The RDM will enable EMEA marketwins to be highly effective client engagements providing efficient and cost-effective delivery support toUK Member Firms on an on-going basis. The RDM will achieve this through innovation, processownershipandbyoperatingarobust consolidateddeliveryengineacrossEMEA.

The integral part of this delivery model is a consolidated EMEA Hyderabad team that will work inconjunction with nearshore centers in Europe and the European Member Firms. The Hyderabad teamwill be consolidated and split into service area workstreams, each led by a workstream leader (thisrole),undercentral EMEAmanagement.

Key responsibilities: Overview: JobTitle:EMEAGESCompliance Manager An exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to be part of the transformation of the GlobalEmployer Services (GES) teams in Hyderabad into a 500+ FTE organisation and shape the futuredeliverymodel.

You will work with the EMEA GES Hyderabad Leader and UK stakeholders to manage and enhance current UK GES operations.

Alongside this you will take operational responsibility for one of the key work streams delivered inHyderabad, work stream process and efficiency oversight and be accountable for overall servicedeliveryoftheteam(between20and75FTE).

Delivery/transitionmanagement: Take operational responsibility for a dedicated workstream within the EMEA team inHyderabad including process and efficiency oversight.Beaccountable for workstream servicedelivery.

• Supervise work stream team members to ensure that quality and service level agreements(SLAs)aremaintained.Resolveorescalateanyissuesastheyarise.
• SupporttheimplementationofchangeinitiativesincludingaHyderabadtalentplanto ensurethat workstreamteammembersaredeveloped.
• Manage onboarding of NL GES work and process enhancement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness within the work stream.
• Drive expansion of core services supported by the NL Member Firm
• Build relationships with overseas Member Firm engagement team members and nearshore
• service managers as well as wider Deloitte Hyderabad leadership.
• Plan and manage resourcing, training, work allocation and scheduling within the workstream.

• Management of work stream materials, user guides and processes to comply with bestpractice.

8-12 years either in a Big 4 or BPO/Shared Service Centre.Experience of working in a UK Expatriate Taxisapre-requisite.

Skillsetrequirement:

• Currently operating at Manager or equivalent level, either in a Big 4 or BPO/Shared Service Centre.
• Experience of working in a NL Expatriate Tax environment is a pre- requisite.
• Experience of operational management (for example, involvement in practice financial management).
• Review of NL Tax individual returns and computations using the standard procedures
• Monitoring client information, including client work status and client contact details
• Keeping track of Dutch tax authority updates
• Managing the set-up and coordination of the compliance process
• Identification and documentation of issues and preparation of client queries
• Extensive communication with the team regarding client status and providing feedback on client progress
• Experience in direct interaction with clients and/or DTA as required
• Experience in other NL Tax Compliance activities
• Managing and updating trackers and status reports for internal and external purposes
• Leading a team and ensuring the communications and client deliverables are carried out smoothly
• Providing real-time feedback to the team members
• Training junior staff and assisting them with their technical queries
• Working towards developing the team and improving team efficiency
• Managing the workflow and ensuring that the deadlines/SLA are met.
• Coaching individuals to help them grow in their career.
