Role Summary
The Demand Associate – Promoters & Referral is responsible for driving grassroots user acquisition for both People and Goods mobility services. This role focuses on executing on-ground marketing initiatives, managing promoter teams, and scaling referral programs to build a strong top-of-funnel user pipeline. The position requires strong execution skills, team coordination, and the ability to deliver user growth through localized marketing campaigns and community engagement.
