Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, Science, or Business Administration. - Extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly with AI integration. - Proficient in Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven track record in Agile environments. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects. - Experience as a functional consultant in digital marketing. - Ability to drive strategic initiatives and innovation. Good to have skills: Data Analysis, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Planning.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven digital marketing strategies. - Facilitate Scrum processes to ensure efficient project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns. - Mentor and guide junior consultants in Agile methodologies. - Drive client engagement and satisfaction through innovative solutions.
