We condense an entire school day into two hours of concentrated learning using AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Our students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. The remaining hours of each day are freed for deeper exploration, independent thinking, and practical skill development. This approach delivers results. However, success depends entirely on selecting aligned families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for one campus, beginning with initial inquiry and extending through full onboarding. This is not a role where responsibility transfers between departments. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp our educational model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. Your work includes evaluating compatibility, facilitating meaningful discussions, and advising against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment numbers are not the objective. Strategic alignment is.
We welcome applicants from high-end service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or entrepreneurial owners who have directly managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. The essential qualification is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
