Job Description

Lead or support the full lifecycle implementation, rollout, or support of Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Analyze complex business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map them to standard Oracle functionalities.
Prepare functional design documents (MD.050) for RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow).
Configure financial modules in Oracle EBS R12.1 or 12.2 environments to align with business processes.
Act as L2/L3 support to resolve complex functional issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide permanent fixes.
Work with technical teams for customizations and stakeholders for project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Ability to write SQL queries to analyze data and validate configurations.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or 12.2.x functionalities.
