About This Opportunity Join our Memory IP Validation team within the Advanced Technology Development organization. You'll characterize cutting-edge memory circuits (SRAM, Flash, EEPROM, eFuse) on advanced technology nodes—working on IP that powers next-generation smartphones, AI accelerators, data centers, and automotive systems.
This role combines hands-on silicon characterization, test automation, and cross-functional collaboration with worldwide teams. You'll work with 300mm development wafers, analyze performance data, and help qualify innovative memory IP designs for customer integration.
