We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to lead search visibility and inbound lead generation across multiple brands. This role goes beyond traditional SEO—you will combine technical expertise, high-quality content creation, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure strong visibility across both search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
This is a high-impact position focused on delivering measurable growth in organic traffic and inbound leads through data-driven strategies and continuous experimentation.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Own keyword research, content strategy, and editorial planning across multiple brands
Create high-quality long-form content including blogs, white papers, guides, and landing page copy that drives traffic and conversions
Execute end-to-end SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, off-page link building, backlink strategy, and site architecture improvements
Lead AI-driven search optimization (GEO), ensuring content is structured to perform across AI-powered answer engines
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages with strong calls-to-action for lead generation
Develop downloadable assets such as playbooks, guides, and white papers to capture qualified leads
Promote content across channels and continuously refine strategies to stay ahead in an AI-driven search landscape
Monitor performance metrics, track inbound lead generation, and iterate strategies based on data insights
Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion funnels for improved performance
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, or inbound lead generation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems, including traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery
Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth and inbound leads
Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion funnel management
Familiarity with AI tools for research, content creation, and analytics while maintaining high-quality human-centric output
Ability to create authoritative, insight-driven content that stands out in a competitive landscape
Experience in marketing SaaS or technology products is a strong advantage
