You will serve as the primary contact for families as they decide where to begin their child's educational journey. Each email you compose, event you plan, and discussion you facilitate will influence whether a family selects Alpha. In this capacity, you will oversee the complete experience for prospective families beginning with their initial contact. You will reply promptly and with care, coordinate campus visits and shadowing opportunities, keep applicant information current and precise, and support parents in understanding how Alpha functions and whether it matches their aspirations. This is a prominent, relationship-centered position where you directly affect enrollment outcomes.
This is a dynamic, campus-based role in San Francisco for someone capable of handling competing demands with precision and attentiveness. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
